Pandia Google Ads Case Study

I’d like to introduce you to Dr. Sophia Yen, the CEO & Co-Founder of Pandia Health, a successful client who also had her hesitations but she took the leap anyway, invested in an aggressive digital ad campaign, and now has grown Pandia’s birth control subscribers by a jaw-dropping 885%!

Pandia Health is a San Francisco-based telemedicine company with a mission is to make women’s lives easier by bringing birth control to women by offering online consultations and prescriptions delivered monthly. Pandia approached Upgrow to help manage their Google Ads program to rapidly scale and drive their online birth control subscription service.

We took over management of the Google Ads account and aggressively restructured the campaigns according to keyword themes in order to have greater control over bids and budgets.

Within the campaigns, we built out Single Keyword Ad Groups (SKAGs) to create a hyper-targeted user experience to improve CTR and Quality Score and applied all relevant ad extensions to maximize clickability and relevancy.

We ran experiments on ad messaging and landing pages in order to improve CTR, conversion rates, in addition to gaining valuable insights/learnings for Pandia Health.

In just a few months Pandia Health has gone from being an early stage challenger brand in the highly competitive telehealth market to… one of the fastest growing online birth control brands, all while scaling profitably.
